Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- We ship anywhere in the United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Shipping is a flat $10 fee on all orders, no matter the size.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
- Please note: we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the U.S.
- Customers are responsible for knowing and following their local knife laws before ordering.
Returns
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging.
- To start a return, email us at support@texasbladeco.com with your order details.
- Customers cover return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged/defective.
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or engraved knives
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used or altered knives
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@texasbladeco.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
