Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

     

  • We ship anywhere in the United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

     

  • Shipping is a flat $10 fee on all orders, no matter the size.

     

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

     

  • Please note: we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the U.S.

     

  • Customers are responsible for knowing and following their local knife laws before ordering.

     

Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

     

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging.

     

  • To start a return, email us at support@texasbladeco.com with your order details.

     

  • Customers cover return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged/defective.

     

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

     

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

     

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or engraved knives

     

  • Clearance or final sale items

     

  • Used or altered knives

     

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@texasbladeco.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
